I've built startups, launched AI products, and gone through accelerators. Those experiences taught me how to balance shipping speed with engineering sustainability.

I recently contracted as Software Engineering Lead at Fleet, a startup backed by Sequoia, Menlo Ventures, and SV Angel. I joined when the team was around seven people and left as it approached a billion-dollar valuation and 30+ headcount — building alongside a world-class team, hands-on in the code and leading engineering end to end.

Parallel to my engineering work, I lead Cursor's efforts in Pakistan, building a developer ecosystem that is fast becoming one of the region's strongest. I love working with founders to bring their products to life, teaching, and guiding engineers to build their best work.

Led a team of 8 while staying deep in the codebase — engineering management paired with hands-on development
Oversaw end-to-end development of client-ready software pipelines: Dockerized, CI/CD-driven, and deployable with one click
Brought software-factory operating costs down from ~$1.5M to ~$350K
Built internal tools that accelerated QA and shortened development cycles across the factory
Softwares from the team were used directly by leading frontier labs
